Shaik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoun, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on Wednesday, February 10, announced a new cabinet. Ohoud Al Roumi has been named as the country’s first Minister of Happiness.
