The streets and the main roads itself are taken care of with standard construction

Golden Guinea Umuahia, and its nearby Environments

why is umuahia lacking local and international industries despite the conducive environment for living. Aba just seem to be the place that attracts investors why?
All the roads in umuahia re tarred and neat. The place deserves more industrial and companies presents.

The same way Awka lacks industries, that is the same way Umuahia lacks too. Aba habours all major industries similar to the same way Onitsha and Nnewi does.
The point is simple, both Awka and Umuahia are the seat of government and usually occupied by ministries, civil servants and other administrative complex. But even at that Umuahia when still under old Imo had running industries like Golden Guinea Breweries, Modern Ceramics etc, many of which been run aground.

somethings re not right with that statement. Ibadan and ikeja for example re occupied by ministries,civil servants and other administrative complex/ bodies because they re both capitals to lagos and oyo state respectively yet had industries and companies drives their presents there. The samething happens to enugu, uyo and calabar respectively.
Looking at awka and umuahia being occupied by ministries and civil servants and you re comfortable to tagged it as their nature. Telling me that those two capitals, awka and umuahia is already occupied by ministries and civil servants. I.e not good for companies and industries to drive their presents there or what? Our governors needs to do sth about it. Local investors or foreign investors re needed there, It doesn't matter whether it s occupied by ministries or administrative bodies. Something need to be done to attracts investors from different sectors of life.

the goodness is that NDDC has resolved their long standing issue with Okezie on how to Construct Obohia...with Okezie requesting for both Concrete and asqualt and NNDC saying that Obohia is almost same length as PH rd that such money is not on ground meaning that they will only do an asqualt type on the Rd...so they've started from Crystal park axis...but they are slow

16 years of PDP thugs and now the new thug Ikpeazu and this is the best- meager quack roads that some are celebrating as world class.
