If Falana saw this amount since and sure of it's existence since 2006 till date then the FG should appoint him to head the committee to check and retrieve those monies he stated

It's really disheartening to see that the reasoning faculty of so many Nigerians on this Nairaland forum is dented. Falana has raised valid issues that has done 2 major things ; Firstly he has managed to bring to the public an awareness, a notice, a reminder or a re-education as to what and what had transpired with our funds, debts, Investments, taxes and levies in the past. Secondly he has thrown in figures, facts, quoted names of individuals, institutions ( e.g banks) and agencies to back up his claim. He has not spoken from his anus but from a credible and intellectual angle. As read in his summation he had written a letter to the FG and got no response...so planning to sue the FG at this point is a right move to generate attention , create a public awareness and garner supports from u and I. Instead Nigerians are busy castigating him. Many did not even read the article but made comments...or how else could I explain the show of shame in many braindead comments spewed. I cry for Nigeria. Kudos to few great intellectual comments though

Nigerians are the real problem.. especially the youths who dont sit down to analyze things. They just take their aggression on anyhow and everyone.

Femi Falana doesnt need anyones attention, you cant be a lawyer and not know Femi Falana thats RECOGNITION.

PICTURE THIS.

10 years ago you borrowed your best friend $7 billion
8 years ago you borrowed your best friend $4billion
You have businesses that short changed you $20 billion..

Now you broke and need money.

The logical thing is to go and meet the people you loaned money to return the money they collected
