Information coming from correspondents on ground in South Benue reveal that a media aide to the Benue State Commissioner of Trade and Investment, James Kpelai is working as an Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) staff. A photo was shared on Twitter by Ilemona Onoja, an Abuja based lawyer and political activist. It shows a man identified as Livinus Tyodoo holding a card reader machine and wearing an INEC jacket.
