A govt which has the President , his ministers and inner cabinet members denying their own budget can not be considered in any way ready for serious business of governance.

A situation where ministers deny their own budgetary proposal during defense hearings at the Senate blaming its flaws on scrupulous elements within its budget preparation process can never be seen as serious.

A situation where the President is speaking trash on fighting corruption but blames a mafia for his own budget scandal shows the highest form of hypocrisy and irresponsibility.

How then can we trust them to effectively manage and implement this same budget where they are claiming ignorance of their own proposal?
