Believe me the government is being economical with the truth. I am presently in Damaturu and its peaceful...no issues but I left yola to travel to Maiduguri a journey that should not have taken more than 3 hours max took me up to a whole day why? the normal route should have been yola;mubi;bama to Maiduguri...now you dare not try that. instead you have to return back to gombe and enter Bauchi via azare and get to Yobe through potiskum damaturu....this is time consuming...pls ask our amiable COAS what is happening along that route,is it that there are towns that are being held by the insurgent along that route if yes why not go there and flush them...granted the present government have done a great job by routing the insurgent but the war is still far from won and BH is still far from defeated.
