This write up is for serious countries not Nigeria, a country that borrows money for financing it's budget and yet uses all the borrowed money to pay the politicians and feed them. We can keep hoping and deceiving ourselves for change. Vietnam wanted change and several sacrifices were made by the leaders and followers.we need to be truthful with ourselves and stop supporting politicians for no reason even when they are wrong.Honesty and conscience is the most important thing every Nigerian need now because am so sure the next set of leaders that would be voted in come 2019 would also borrow to finance the budget and end up buying new cars with it and receive fat allowances. Nice development strategy by Vietnam though.
