Nuclear weapons have two basic parts: the warhead or bomb, and the delivery system. The United States has bombs that can be delivered by aircraft and warheads that are deployed on air-launched cruise missiles and land-based and submarine-based long-range missiles.

In over 2000+ nuclear test detonations, only one has an unknown nationality. No nation has taken credit for detonation of a 3 kiloton bomb in the Indian Ocean in 1979.

longjohnsilver:

From some things i have read online there would be survivors... because there are some underground bunkers that can withstand nuclear xplosions (i guess because they are underground and provided the people make it there bfor impact) but i am quite sure the aftermath of the nuclear explosion would have depleted the green n life friendly earth to another red planet, that those left alive would beg to die because...famine... drought...xtreme weather conditions would be the order of the day.

let's just hope n pray ego doesnt overwhelm all these nuclear states mehn....let's just hope n pray.

After the nuclear war, do you know how many months, year its going to take the survivors before they can come out of the their various bunkers(radiation/contamination of the atmosphere)
Take for instance its going to take a year or more, how would they survive in the bunker for a year or more
Feeding, water, power supply, medics, and so on

Yes, for how long? Then another thing is, most of these bunkers are not deep. There are warheads that can penetrate and destroy up to 200ft of concrete.

Let's assume they are able to survive in the bunker for a whole year...ow do they survive the post apocalyptic earth...where everything would probably be dark as midnight and the sun wont shine...d land would be dry as sahara desert...the water would be contaminated (provided the oceans has dried up), technology is gone...its like startin all over again buh in a violent earth that doesn't support life.

WW4 would definitely be fought with stones n sticks...because shud WW3 happen...humans will never learn.

Post apocalyptic movies come to mind...

if there is sometin like this...den even bunkers are not safe.

buh the tin about this kind of bomb is that...there would be counter bunkers to withstand a bomb of this nature...(white house bunker comes to mind)

Sub Sahara Africa would be largely safe from any nuclear war between Russia and USA or India vs Pakistan or North Korea vs South Korea. Africa will be the Eldorado after they nuke themselves.

Exactly because it takes a long time for those radiation decay to occur for the environment to cleans itself not even including the tendency of mutation, example is the abandoned town of Pripyat, in Ukraine
Chernobyl power plant

Don't be surprised, Africa might be spared if it happens considering we aren't their pedigree in war, they may decide to face only the world powers like them.

If it happens so and they blow up themselves and we(Africans) are left in the world, it will be a good thing.

Angelou:
anti-matter is a hypothetical material (just like tachyons), and is highly volatile. when it come in contact with matter of any form it is presumed to be capable of vaporising it (even air). deployment of such substance in warfare will render the point zero uninhabitable....
it seems you read about anti matter in dan brown's angel and demons right?

Yeah, have read that book before.
Their is actually work on developing anti-matter particles at all these particles accelerators, but cost and technology is not their.
The Zero inhabitable thing is possible, because if matter mix with anti-matter nothing is left for example +2 -2 = 0
Some people believe that's what is happening at Bermuda Triangle, that there are some elements of anti matter there.

It will be a total destruction if such weapon is created. KO

Explorers:
The most powerful nuclear weapon ever detonated was the Tsar Bomba, a Russian bomb with a cumulative power of over 50 megatons of TNT.
When the bomb detonated, it was with the force of 50 million tonnes of high explosive. That’s something in the region of 3800 times more powerful than the bomb used against Hiroshima. So powerful was the blast, that windows were broken in Finland, some 900 kilometres away, and the shockwave travelled around the Earth three times.

There's something about North korea/Asian military, they fight to death, they don't retreat no matter how strong the force.
North korea will have allies too(US have lots of enemies).
Any strike between US/North Korea will trigger WWIII.

Sometimes i even ask myself if albert einstein was a blessing or a curse and with the advance and impending advance,it makes me to believe Baba Vanga's prediction the more...my advice is this,if this world powers want to start their war, lets just beg them o...i know why i'm saying this o but the best bet would be for God to come quicker than anticipated so he wouldn't be suprised when he comes!
