I have different view. You have to tell the child the truth about sex. Dont say he is too small if he inquire for it. What he needs to know tell him cos if you don't tell him, if he finds out from his peers, I tell you it will be worse. Our society has corrupted already. Tell him, why he needs to abstain from it. Tell him about std, HIV etc
When we were younger than this, girls then were told that boys must not touch them that if they touch them they will get pregnant I believe those who are growing up in the early 1990s will know what i mean but those are not more again. I think sex education should be taught in our primary schools if there is sex education little will you hear untimely pregnancy.
