VocalWalls: Yes, easy and faster defrosting of food when you want to eat is one of the benefits of small packaging. Why keep a long-term food in the freezer when you aren't sure you can keep the food steadily frozen? Food stored constantly at 0° F will always be safe. Only the quality suffers with lengthy freezer storage. Freezing keeps food safe by slowing the movement of molecules, causing microbes to enter a dormant stage. Freezing preserves food for extended periods because it prevents the growth of microorganisms that cause both food spoilage and food-borne illness. Imagine what defrosting and frosting continuously will do to the food. 2 Likes |

DedeNkem: Yeah I totally understand... But I don't defrost... I break off with a knife and a bread knife... I'd have adopted the small container procedure, but I think in a case where there's no electricity for up to two days, the bowls can withstand it, but I doubt the small containers will |

VocalWalls: Defrosting process sets in immediately you remove the food from the freezer. You may not notice it visually but it's happening as long the food is outside the freezer. So if it takes you 5 mins to break off the amount of food you need and return the remaining to the freezer, it means your food defrosted for 5 mins. And the more the food is reduced in quantity, the more rate it defrosts in 5 mins. Your food would suffer, at least, 5 mins of minimal defrost per day for a month. And that is 150 mins (2.5 hours) in total. Your food would definitely lose some good quality. 2 Likes |

Hiddentreasure1: Pure and unadulterated falsehood. On the contrary, achi is a wonderful aphrodisiac that also improves potency in men. Achi belongs to the mucuna bean family (you can google on that). Mucuna bean family are very rich in L-Dopa and is an effective anti-depressant, Libido booster and testosterone supplement. Another member of the mucuna bean family is ukpo which serves the same function in soups as achi ( I dont know what other native groups call it, its well known as ukpo in Abia State). I personally prefer ukpo, but unfortunately, due to urbanization, ukpo is almost going extinct. Okk, see as I dey blab on top food wey emeka prepare. 2 Likes |
