On face value, it appears like a regular leather work wallet made by regular northern tanners but it is in reality, a "leather wallet of death." In their bid at concealment and decoy, the dreaded nigerian terrorist cell, boko haram has reached another "milestone". This time, by contriving an IED which at face value appears to be a rustic leather wallet.A young woman was apprehended at an undisclosed location in the war-torn north-eastern nigeria in the act of attempting to detonate the crude device.
