I guess people who said gtb have never been to ecobank, that bank has the worst behaved bankers in the world, Tufiakwa!

To me it's Gtb....Always over crowded and has a poor way of handling customer...they really need to improve on that..

In terms of customer base, they are just behind firstbank,UBA AND ECOBANK. Don't forget they merged with intercontinentalbank which was in fifth position before they became insolvent.

lol don't mind them jor... imagine yesterday I went there to enroll for safetoken, & they killed all other plans I had throughout the day... from 11am-4pm as if I'm one of their staff.

Mehn, UBA is the worse bank in terms of customer service. The staff will just be taking their time not minding that you sneaked out of office to make a transaction. I have met some really nasty staff of UBA

* There was a day I went into a branch of UBA in Abuja with less than 10 people in front of me but spent over one hour (with serious vexing) before being attended to;

* I have removed all my money from there, except the N1,000 they said I could not withdraw. They have refused to let the account go dormant after (I did not update my KYC, no BVN, no ATM etc - but still get monthly statements via SMS! Na by force?

ur on point.. hate that bank so much.nasty staffs that need to retire..anytime u plan on doing transaction with that bank just be prepare to spend ur whole day there.no good customer service to even sit down na war..

If anyone in here mentions any other bank apart from UBA,then such person has probably not been to UBA,I call it useless bank of africa,nothing about them is impressive,staffs are sluggish,servers are always down,security..mbah, cleanliness....na lie,atm service....ah..worst!,as matter of fact their atm cards gets spoilt every 2 months interval under safe-keep ooh.noting abt them is good at all,I don port sha oo!

I went to gtbank today to open a student account the staff that attended to me surprisedly told me i should go make a business ID card in any of the road side CAFE. Saying it is preferable to my federal university ID card.

that ID card cost 1500 naira, and it couldnt open a student's savings account??

Efcc should leave polithiefcians for now and start probing banks.
