If the attempt at rigging and skewing public perception couldn't work for PDP even in addition to Billions of dollars thrown at it, i wonder how it will ever help bring them back. Just yesterday(few hour ago) we saw ho GEJ declared that Four years isn't enough to fix Nigeria with oil selling at $108 pb. I wonder how they expect Buhari to fix the economy with oil at ~$35pb.
