A popular actress and Instagram model named Princess Shyngle is in serious condition - reports say she suffered acute kidney failure. Princess who is also a writer and producer, posted images on Instagram showing her arm hooked up to an intravenous drip. She told fans that she is suffering from "kidney disease".

Previously, the beautiful 24-year-old model was singing the praises of using waist trainers. She told her Instagram followers that her curves were DIRECTLY because of her waist training use.

But many people say that waist trainers can be VERY dangerous. Peter Lemon, an expert personal trainer, told the Irish Examiner: 'Waist training can have some serious health risks due to compression – such as skin infections, pulmonary problems, kidney issues and lung issues.'
