Will they keep calm if a government official using government funds donates vehicles to a government organisation and imprints 'Jesus is Lord' with a picture of the cross on it? Is the NDA an Islamic organisation? Is the COAS carrying out this function in his capacity as a muslim while dressed in full regalia of the Nigerian Army?
