Boko Haram Desperately Seeking Relevance —buratai by Amaudeogu(m): 2:16am On Mar 17, 2016
BENIN—THE Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Tukur Buratai, said, yesterday, that Wednesday’s bomb attack which killed 22 persons at a mosque in Borno State was another desperate move by the Boko Haram sect to create the impression that its killer instinct still exists.

Buratai, who stated this during his maiden visit to the 4 Brigade Command in Benin, Edo State, following his earlier visit to 2 Division in Ibadan, Oyo State, explained that although it was unfortunate that young and innocent girls were being used by the terrorists to perpetrate their crime, the attack was “not unexpected because they (insurgents) are struggling to survive” with their dwindling membership.

Dismissing reports that the insurgency had come to an end, he said, “That report talking about the end of insurgency was not properly carried in the media. I did mention that insurgency is a very difficult situation. It is a global phenomenon and we will continue to struggle to ensure that it comes to an end very soon. This does not mean that insurgency will just disappear.”

Any insurgency that lasts more than 24hrs has a govt imprint in it...Gen. Sani Abacha.

He who keeps ant infected firewood shouldn't be lamenting about lizards' visits.

It's no news that APC's pre-election actions and inactions escalated BH so they should check for their filthy rags where they had their baths.

And you lied like this without being ashamed. Are you related to Layiiii?
Back to the topic, BH having been carrying out their deadly assaults and bombing before the inception of APC as a political party in Nigeria.
Remember General Azazi? He said PDP is Boko Haram and Boko Haram is PDP....
Your Ineffectual Buffoon even said BH is their brother.

So what about that?

Brutai should just shut up. People just died days ago, and he still wants to give Nigerians lame justification on the recent blast.

A fight against terrorism cannot be won with propagandas. They should keep quiet and keep the fighting. Today they will come and say one thing, tomorrow we will hear a bomb blast.

They should also apologize to Nigerians for not keeping to their December deadline promise.

#Peace out

I just can't understand dis present administration.. They run to the media with everything still thinking that they are in the opposition...if any valuable information is gotten they would come and disperse it to the public and this has also made them make lying a habit since they always want to feed the media...
Bokoharam has been technically defeated yet Fulani herdsmen are on rampage.. How sure are we that bokoharam is not restrategising...
U come here and brag today tomorrow dey blow up another community....
