Where does Delta state government do with their allocation? |

davidmark4naija: Every state have other means of generating income. A state like Lagos get smaller revenue from FG but by the time you add other source of income it becomes far more than what others get. Same with Akwa Ibom, delta and others. But some smaller states generate very little that it makes no difference and that is the reason why you here people say some states can't survive without federal allocation. States like zamfara, kebbi , jigawa and even Osun state. Lagos state have survived with any federal allocation during obasanjo's regime. |

Iblawi1: I totally agree with you. But this supposed "small" states are so dependent becos their governors dont reason. Any well thinking man can make Kebbi State a viable State through Agriculture... But alas, the motherfuckers dont think at all. 1 Like |

they should stop showing us local government allocation because no state in the federation actually gives those money to it local government. they usually end up in state account and disbursed arbitrarily. the more reason the state governors don't like to conduct local government election but prefer to install their cronies as "caretaker" committee the issue of autonomy for LGAs should be revisited ASAP 1 Like |

davidmark4naija:Do you know kebbi and zamfara state have gold, and they are 1 of the few state where cotton can be planted . I haven't talked of leather and other agricultural product, animal rearing too can give them a lot of revenue. These states still have other mineral resources that is mined illegally . I think those states have have issues with thinking. |
