Haven't seen anywhere in the world where you arrest before investigating. It is so painful that we are now in a Pseudo-democratic era. One day someone might be in Lagos and find ourself in DSS net in Abuja over robbery in Kogi. The simple question is Can't DSS do a proper investigation before arrest rather than harassing and arresting forcefully. |
