Bleepyou:they cannot have general cut off mark for the recruitment. Reasons bein that is a federal govt recruitment and federal character must be strictly followed. You can score less and stil make it if your LGA nd constituency score poorly. |

Lowkeygod:What I'm trying to say is,even on Fridays,they use to send Mails but you foolishly told me you didn't receive ur own on Fridays which indirectly means they don't send mails on Fridays. Kindly note they can send mails on any day of the week but most people receive mails on Fridays. |

My people if your mail does not arrive by midnight or before 8:30am, forget about that day, it is give, just place your mind same time on the following day. The trend of email delivery from PSC has always been early hours of the day. No need to worry yourself! What will be will be. My prediction for this mail is between 2nd and 3rd week of this month. |

Ceenelly: Every thing counts Your assertion will only work in a state with local govt less than the required number of applicants to be chosen... States like bayelsa with 8lg For instance ogun state has 20 lg and only 13 people will be selected...as it is it can't go round all local govt..just that no lg will produce more than one candidate So for Ogun state it is being shared amongst the Abeokuta axis...ijebu axis and egabdo or so I am not sure sha |

Bleepyou:Bro all state wont get equal number of succesful candidate what federal character commission want PSC to use is federal constituency and not state especially for Inspectors and ASP's. we have 360 federal constituencies in nigeria and all state dont have equal numbers of federal constituencies for instant delta have 10 federal constituencies,bayelsa 5,kano 24, anambra 11 etc. |

IMO it was an easy but tactical test which if properly conducted would have had the wheat properly seperated from the chaff, unfortunately it wasn't, invigilation was rather loose and there was too much cooperation/copy work/expo in my hall so at least 70% of people who sat for it would score really high, I wonder how they would address that. I began doubting the potency of the process when i saw some pot bellied and K-legged people coming for the test when homeboys with sexy six packs (No homo) didn't receive aptitude test invites, but God pass everything, let's just pray and wait. |

A source said that the cause of the delay is because some states are yet to forward their list to Abuja,let me add that federal character would also play in the selection process... |

Bleepyou: We really have to wait for this list,while PSC said it will recruit 500 for Asp(GD) and Inspector(GD) cadres,it wasn't clearly stated the number of Asp(specialists) and Inspector(specialists) they're recruiting,the only info on specialists to be recruit is just 1,500 without stating how the number will be shared across cadre. So for now all assumptions remain invalid until the list is released 2 Likes |

I've been reading ur messages for a long time and I like the fact that we're all hopeful. My own information to u all is that 1. the list is ready 2. we're likely going to receive mails this week 3. the total score is 50 4. the cut off is 40 and above 5. LGs with maximum score less than 40, the highest scores are considered even if it is 20 6. From what I saw, only one asp candidate with the highest score will make it to the next round but they may decide to pick just 13 best 7.
