Governor El -Rufai Receives 2 Hot Slaps From His Deputy For Slapping Him

According to a report, the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and his deputy, Architect Barnabas Bala Bantex had exchanged slaps during an argument at a cabinet meeting within the state.
