Below is like the bridge across Urashi River in Ugbelle that links many communities in Ideato South Lga, a few kilometers from Okorocha's ancestral home. But in the state capital where Rochas govt has concentrated 90% since 2013, Okorocha builds flyovers where roundabouts are cheaper and more convenient, he pushes down mission schools, state library and build new ones, builds bypass roads to anticipate urban development.
