Mrs Ibim Semenitari, the Acting DG of Niger Delta Development Commission

(NDDC),Former Commissioner for Information under the Chibuike Rotimi

Amaechi administration recently paid a Seven Million Naira

(7,000,000:00) Per annum for 4 Years to herself as Rent in her own house

which is located on Ernest Ikoli Street, Old G.R.A , Port Harcourt City, Rivers state .

It will be recalled that this same woman when the administration of the current

loquacious minister for Transport Mr. Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi rounded up had

been indicted in car scam which with the help of authorities was recovered from

her residence in July 2015.

NDDC, I was made to understand usually provides allocation for rent for their

DG(s) over the period of their tenures but for an Acting DG who is illegally

occupying a seat that should be for Akwa Ibom State based on the rotation

formula amongst the Niger Delta states to ask the Finance Department to pay

her rent to herself for her own property is the height of corruption.

We are still trying to come to understanding why Garba Shehu, the Presidential

Spokesman to Muhammadu Buhari buying over $800,000:00 at CBN rates and

selling off to public at N362 per dollar and the recent #iStandWithBuhari

N2 Billion scam and ow this.

We call upon the authorities to check this information and do the needful.

If we do not collectively fight corruption , it will kill Nigeria.

At a time the citizens of the country are queuing for PMS and a bag of garri is

costing N6000 per bag and a bag of Rice (Oryza Sativa) at N15/16,000 per bag,

this is more than inhumane. This is a pure act of greed and wickedness from

the Change agents in the Muhammadu Buhari led administration.

Receipt of the payments is readily available for verification.

If she's entitled to housing allowance based on the office she occupies, should she reject it because she's living in her house? Senators that take housing allowance also live in their houses...just like a lot of people in public and private sectors.

The only issue I have here is taking 4yrs upfront instead of annually.

Is this a news report, piece of propaganda or a press release? You should at least have stated the originator of the press release because it looks more like a political kind. I want to believe that this is not a news blog machinery but a propaganda wheel. But even at that it was poorly crafted and dumbly partisan, replete with pedestrian pedantry that swiftly turns off a mentally stable reader. Get sense!

2023 is a long time. and remeber no one knows tomorrow. this country is still engulfed in corruption and I am very disappointed that even this administration pleading to destroy corruption has only ended up giving it another mode of operations.

It's now a crime to give people appointments in this country. Buhari a alone can't do all the job, he gets people to join him in doing good for our father land and all he gets as thank you from them for the opportunities is for them to embarrass him and begin to steal from the country through the office given. I must send this post to the Ministry of finance whistle blower site. This woman's matter must not be swept under the carpet becouse it seems the op is very sure of what he is saying. The house address must be verified to ascertain the true ownership.

I have read this through and through and for the love of God there is no single hint of corruption here.
OP, go and look for a better case to make. This is RUBBISH
