Does nature affects sleeping? . . . What I mean by this question is that we all know there are different time zones around the world which leads to difference in day and night. For example, Day in Nigeria is Night in Los Angeles and majority of human being sleep at night, so for someone in Nigeria to travel to that place, when will he be sleeping at Los Angeles? So far we have different time zone |
