[size=14pt]I think PMB might be wasting his time with the corruption fight if some of the revenue generating parastatals like Federal Inland Revenue Service are not totally overhauled. From the outside FIRS looked all good until a few weeks back when I needed something from them. After paying all the necessary fees, I still had to part with over 30k before my file could be processed. Sadly I had expected this but the saddest part is rudely telling me to come back in so and so weeks only to ask me to pay "processing fees" after all that time?

Corruption is in our blood, in fact it has become a tradition in each government office you entered here in Abuja. If you don't grease their palm they will leave ur file unattended. One even told me to pay her some certain amount so that she can exempt my company from paying some taxes.
