After you people will still shout only millitary solution cannot defeat terrorism now that the government is taking steps to rehabilitate and reorientate repentant terrorists you are shouting . Do you know even countries like UK have deradicalisation programmes. Yes I recall benue state governor gave amnesty to repentant criminals so it's not out of place to give amnesty to repentant kidnappers and rehabilitate/reorientate them .
