Anti-kidnapping squad were this evening sighted at the boujour filling station enugu where offloading of PMS was about to take place..this was to avoid the kidnapping of the scarCe fuel(commodity) by kidnappers who are no longer interested in human kidnapping but in fuel kidnapping..
