The U.S. once had a bachelor president. The current Greek prime minister is a single man. A former U.S. Secretary of State is a single woman (but successful). Real Christianity itself doesn’t portray marriage as being compulsory; for there are those who’ve dedicated their life to God, and as such, have vowed to remain single.

There are people who currently regret their marriage. There are people whose life has been pushed off-course because of marriage, and they would most probably never recover from that.

There are single ladies and men, whether previously married or not, who’re living a happy and fulfilled life.

In Nigeria, people tend to think that unmarried people are failures, irresponsible and useless? Is that correct?

Is marriage really compulsory? Isn’t it better to remain single or a single parent if that’s what can bring permanent happiness to one, or probably save one from untimely death or volatile life?

Apart from sex , we need a companion, a friend, a lover, a partner to make us fulfilled. It's now your duty to choose responsibly and not marry someone that will shorten your life but make you fulfilled and procreate to obey God's commandment
