HI,
PLS I JUST GOT MARRIED AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONCEIVE AND IT IS GIVING MY HUSBAND AND I CONCERN, PLS CAN U HELP ME IN CALCULATING MY SAFE PERIOD AND WHEN AM NOT SAFE THANKS
JoyJames, u have just said you JUST got married. Why not give it time. Worry and anxiety also delays the ability to conceive. Just enjoy your husband and all the kpekusing for now. According to Drs advise, it is only after trying for a year with no succes that you should be worried.

Am certain you dont want to hsve to wait a whole year anyway so for calculating your period, if you period is regular, your fertile window should open on the 7th day after you saw the first bleeding of your period and by the 14th day, you should be ovulating. It is therefore advisable to begin serious kpekusing on the 7th day cos ovulation changes. However, pls note that this applies if your period is for 3 days or so. On the other hand, you can go online and check sites for advise. Baby Center is my favorite. I wish you the best, all is well just relax.

Download 4womenonly. It's a software to calculate the safe & unsafe periods.
You feed in the required data and it plots the monthly charts of when you should be in menses, when you should really "DO IT" and your ovulation date. Even if you have epileptic menses, as long as you feed in the first & last days of your period, the software should be able to generate a monthly chart for you. If you try & like the software, send me a mail for the unlock codes. It has a 30 days trial period.
Another thing could be that you probably haven't been to your doc for a system checkup to know if a little flushing or something else needs to be done for both of you. It could be low sperm count or the fluidity of the sperm. This could hinder sperm mobility. Your system could also be rejecting or eliminating the sperm. A lot of other physical factors do come into play here. Pls do a checkup so that the problem can be narrowed down and identified as well as solved. The issue now will be how to convince Bros to do a checkup without getting into trouble. Hope he's mature enough and you're tactful enough. Worse comes to worst, go for IVF. E dey cost sha.
Finally, as one member said earlier on, children are a gift from God. In his time (not your time), yours will come. Don't lose hope. It is well with you.

I agree with you on the software talk. There are so many phone apps on android phones too. Mydays, pregnancy kit, my cycle etc and they myt nit be 100 percent accurate but they are atleast 70% and are are really helpful.

Postinor2 is not 100% assurance that u won't get pregnant when u make love during unsafe period. Body system varies from individuals. But generally, postinor2 taken immediately after sex will most likely prevent pregnancy.

Why u no use condom sef? cheesy

Posting 2 is not safe ohhhhh. It disrupts your hormones.

If you follow this steps, you will get pregnant only when you want to.
1.from the first day you see the blood of your period.
2.pick up a calendar and count 15days including the first day of the blood stain.
3.Mark the 15th day with a pen
4.Mark 3 days before the 15th day
5.Mark 3 days after the 15th day
6.you will notice you have 7 days marked.these 7 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period.meaning if you have sex on any of these days then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.
7.Do these every month and try and abide by these rules

Listen babe, it is very easy for a woman to count her circle, if u follow dis guide lines well I'm sure u won't find it difficult with counting ur circle.

Get a calender and count 15days including the first day of ur period.

Check mark d 15th day

Also check mark 3days to dat 15th day

Check mark 3days after the 15th day

U will find out dat u've checked marked 7days already

These 7days are known to be ur ovulation/fertile days, it is also known as ur unsafe period meaning if u have sex any of these days there is a 90% chance of u getting pregnant. Any other day apart from these important 7days are ur FREE PERIOD.
ok my girlfriend see her period on 18th april 2018 we had sex on 25th april 2018 will she got pregnant

Menstrual cycles and ovulation
Your menstrual cycle
The menstrual cycle is the regular natural change that occurs in the female reproductive system (specifically the uterus and ovaries) that makes pregnancy possible.
The first period usually begins between twelve and fifteen years of age, a point in time known as menarche. They may occasionally start as early as eight, and this onset may still be normal. The average age of the first period is generally later in the developing world and earlier in developed world. The typical length of time between the first day of one period and the first day of the next is 21 to 45 days in young women and 21 to 35 days in adults (an average of 28 days). Menstruation stops occurring after menopause which usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age. Bleeding usually lasts around 2 to 7 days.

Understanding your menstrual cycle
Women’s cycle lengths vary, and the most common cycle length is somewhere between 23 and 35 days. Any variation in menstrual cycle length that does occur is more likely to be during the part of the cycle before you ovulate (which is called the follicular phase). For most women, the length of time between ovulation (when an egg is released from the ovary) and their monthly period is between 12 to 16 days (this is called the luteal phase).
The menstrual cycle
Your period

The first day of your menstrual cycle is the first day of your period (day 1). The period usually then lasts anything from 3 to 7 days. You’ll probably find that if you get any period pains, they’ll be at their worst in the first few days of your period. This is because the hormones in your body are causing your womb to actively shed the lining that was built up in the previous menstrual cycle.
