 A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Law, Economics,

Certificates endorsed by Liaison offices will not be accepted.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
FIRS considers computer proficiency a key requirement for anyone who
aspires for a job in the Service. Accordingly, Applicants are expected to fill
their applications online. Application forms can be found at the FIRS
website www.firs.gov.ng/careers . This FIRS application portal will be
available with effect from Monday, 29th August, 2016. Please follow the
instructions to fill in your application.

As much as I pray for a free and fair process, I see no big deal in it favouring the children of politicians and co. Their fathers paved the way for them by making choices some of our parents didn't. So no one should suck on that but use "whatever means" you have to get what you want.. with God's support too... byeee

Apparently they won't accept that from liaison office but that signed by your local govt chairman..
As for the certificate..its a certificate stating which local govt you are from and of course it will indicate the state..
