My current house is actually 300k per year. 3 bedroom ensuite. Water, big compound with parking space and security man to man the gate, also with visitors toilet, wash hand basin in the dining room and fully tiled. Downside is no light. Light is so terrible and the roads are very very bad. Location Isheri Oshun, off Jankade gate, Isolo. Moving out very soon.

I was actually talking about the Isheri Road. From Isheri bustop to Iyana Isheri off ijegun Road. Glad to hear the light has improved but my new area at Shasha has very steady light.

I believe you can get a mini flat at Shasha for 200k. At least the one I saw letting was that price. The roads are motor able and the light superb
