Good work Spyder. Can I ask why the interiors are not painted in neutral colors? It's hard to coordinate furnishings when the colors are not neutral.

But as the professional, can't you try to advice/steer the home owner towards more neutral choices. I'm sure the neutral colors are probably cheaper as well. Why do you assume I'm a Sir or are women not allowed to ask questions on Nairalandgrin?

Well, I will be more suggestive as time goes on. This year, I just take orders and execute them without looking back, and yes, neutral colours are same cost as others.

Sorry for my use of the wrong gender. I wish to see more women in the building industry.

We are done with this building, parking our bags to leave, tenants are trooping in here daily and asking to pay the landlord....... grin

Final touch up on the fence, fence wire, compound floor and gate house to be finalized today.
