According to the report by Premium times..
2billion was given to OAU in the year 2013 for construction of new hostels,
200million for renovation of hostels..

ACJOAU will love to ask, where are the hostels?
Where is the renovation?
Why have we not seen anything since 2013, it has been 2years and 8months since August 2013.
