Someone wrote an article on here(nairaand), in simple terms describing the features of a CURRENCY SWAP. He further said he surfed relevant websites for news of the said deal between Nigeria and China and found nothing. My point is this, the writer understood the fact that there was no such deal and by that article, he tried to pass the message across in a most constructive way. But when I read comments on one and half page of that thread, I became disappointed because nobody understood him.
