Abdusalami abubakar recovered abacha's loot, obasanjo recovered, yar' adua recovered, Jonathan recovered and now buhari is still recovering billions of dollars in abacha's loot, the next president will continue till Jesus come. What if abacha was still alive? Would we have heard anything like abacha's loot? Would any president have the guts to recover his loot?
