Hi all.

The issue is a very delicate matter that is currently giving my friend a sleepless night..

my Friend is a young and comfortable working class dude... After many years. he enters into a relationship with a young beautiful lady who is a successful banker.

The bone of contention now is that the young lady is now so addicted to her banking job that she hardly has time for my guy. Despite all efforts, She seem so engrossed in her job.

my friend really loves her. There are other Girls that want his heart and he loves the banker but the banker loves her job.

HELP !!!!

So we still have people who love their jobs more than their families/loved ones?

Let it be known by her that as soon as she's retrenched or retired from that job, her bank would no longer recognize her as a staff. The next day she walks into the bank, she'd be treated like a complete commoner/stranger. Ex bankers have some stories to share.

Do not force it or make her love you more. Just expose her to the danger of loving her JOB as though she'd die without it.

Rule No.1, do not love your job too much. You cannot love the work more than the owners. Tell her not to kill herself.

his happiness 1st!!! the girl has found something that gives her joy... he should do same. if he forges ahead and marry her, I foresee someone trying to commit suicide in no distant time.... marriage ain't same thing as dating!!!

There should be no advise needed again here..you create time for people you claim to love if you really love them..to me-the girl doesn't really love (your so-called)friend..try find an alternative!

I dnt understand, cos this story doesn't seem complete to me...all what i'm seeing in the write up is, she loves her job...you never told us if the said lady loves your friend, cos if she does does, the nature of her job cnt stop her from loving the guy and giving him attention...
