This is a Senator of the Federal republic of Nigeria, his name is Senator Dino Malaye representing Kogi West. Senator Dino Malaye is also the self appointed Chief Escort to the Senate President Bukola Saraki as he is usually seen escorting him to the Court for his case on Corruption Charges.
