continuation of the commercial section in progress, here we filled all the hollow part of the block with ratio 1;3;5 with water proof cement to prevent dampness, (later dpc will be done) don't forget we have low budget for these section.

The square inner section of the wall in last pics is where we design for TV

Also see our old project build about 3yrs ago, ( the client is my relative) I hope you people will remember the house , I just show tiling/ plumbing area of it then, we just do the painting 3wks ago,

Work in progress, we source for good solid hollow block for this project( very sharp sand,binder,stone dust)these are the aggregate we ask the block maker to use for the block and he agreed , although the cost is higher than common type of block sold around the area, 9" cost 160,

Sandfilling of the foundation (we are going to leave it for somedays for natural/artificial compation, lots activity will be going on top of it to make it compact ) ,next stage now is construction of form work for the lintel, here we are using marine board

Is it possible you share the meters and what it cost you to do this staircase steel railings?. Also include the total number of stairs.

The total number of the tread is 14 and the riser height is 160mm total linear meter is 4.2 and each meter is 27,000 then, so total cost is 113,400
But cost of linear meter now is 35.000

Good job; but always advice your client the need for german floor. This is because independent casting of floors is susceptible to differential settlement if not well compacted and you might start witnessing cracks. All the best cheers.
