If true, then it looks like Chevron has caved to blackmail and is ready to pay ransom money; though can't see how that amounts to arming the militants.

The militants declared that no repair works will take place no matter how many military men are deployed and it seems they are seeing to that.

The money will be pocketed and used to build more schools in Cotonou while ND people continues to live in abject poverty.

Not until, our demands are met no repair works should be done at the blast site. Whoever that is going there for any repair work will be doing that at their detriment.

Gee, so CIA is still active.
Gee, why isn't American government directly determining US arms sales?
Gee, why didn't US circumvent Human rights this way to supply Nigeria arm?

Oh, Gee, wonder where most of these arms eventually ends up....

God of war knows it all. on a serious note the way the avengers operate makes it impossible for the army to counter their offensive. they have got superior ops tactics.

It can never be for the money. Nigeria is in her weakest point now and can easily go down. Slaughter as much of her soldiers and see them run away. Be more brutal to some of her groups to send a strong message. Nigeria is a failed contraption and should be disbanded. Turn the Niger Delta to the Nigerian Army grave yard. I expect youths from many states to join the NDA. Death to this Nigeria.
