I scored 213 in d JAMB exam,initially I wanted to study Law but now I want to study English and Literary studies.
I have printed the admission screening acknowledgement slip...How can I work around the change of course?

You can't change it now. If after the primary admission list you were not admitted, you can apply for shopping which would be advertised after the first list is out. That's when you can change

Calculations have shown that the candidates were graded thus: 60% utme, 40% o level
Candidates can check their scores by following the

For students who registered with awaiting results!! This is to inform all Prospective students who applied for admission into University of Nigeria, Nsukka and completed their Admission Screening form using Awaiting result (AR) that their forms have been re-opened so they can go and update their WAEC result which was just released. Kindly follow the process below: 1. Go back to the registration portal.
2. Sign in with your registration number.
3. Proceed to the page with AR and update with your result.
4. Confirm your entry.
5. Submit your form
6. Print out your acknowledgement slip.
Please do this as soon as possible to avoid any form of complaints. PRO

shopping is an opportunity for those who were not admitted in the MERIT LIST to switch to departments that were not able to fill in their available spaces. Such departments would be advertised and also their shortfalls.

How can someone defer his or her admission?
The person just saw her name in the Supplementary list now and cannot be able to meet up with academic activities.

to defer your admission, you will have to go admissions office. there you will be told what to do. you have to pay all required fees too

UNN runs the JUPEB program which could be referred to as a predegree program anyway. it is a A LEVEL stuff though

The person is considering taking a new jamb.
Her intended course is medicine and surgery... Old jamb score is 268.
She even did change of course to biochemistry but was denied only to be offered Zoology.( Saw a girl that her name appeared twice on biochemistry Supplementary list).
.
The parents said that they cannot sponsor her based on that course.

with the current system of screening, I would advise that the said person applys for a less competitive course then apply for change of course in her second year. except the person has at least 5 A' in her o' level and is ready to score at least 300 in jamb

The Nigerian Renaissance Initiative Scholarship has been set up by an anonymous donor to run every year so as to enable school leavers with university ambitions that would have otherwise not been able to achieve their educational aspirations due to financial constraints.
