Hello everybody, I have been following the present INEC Registration EX, much have been said by people, from the Senate, Reps and Nigerians in general. So, just want us to look at it from an IT perspective. When embarking on such Data Collection project, what are the requirements to be considered before and after such project. What measures should be taken to avert its failure.
