In continuation from vol.1 of 16 practical steps to pleasurable sex, we must understand that excitment is slower to reach its peak in a woman, and last longer than in a man.

The sexual arousal of a woman can be compared to the heating of an electric iron( it takes time to build up) whereas that of a man can be compared to the switching on of an electric bulb ( can be immediately turned on).

(9). Let your partner know which movements stimulate you or distract you.

(10). At the point where the husband judges that his wife is at the height of her excitment, penetration can occur. One of the pleasureable parts of sexual intercourse is the feeling of the man's penis entering the vagina.

(11). Use artificial lubricant e.g KY jelly, to increase lubrication and makes penetration easier.

(12). Continue to stimulate each other during the act by holding tightly, caressing and kissing.

(13). Talk to each other by expressing your feelings during the act.

(14). Inform your partner when you feel, you are reaching orgasm and weather it will be alright to ejaculate or hold back for a while.

(15). You could repeat the whole process as many times as there is strength to do so. Multiple orgasms and ejaculations are possible. You may have to rest for a while and start again after arousing each other for sometime.

(16). Let your partner feel that he/she has done something wonderful to you.

However, for the husband to fully play his role effectively here, he must have totally and permanently eradicate any form of erectile dysfunction (ED), challenges, focusing more weakness of the penis (weak organ) and Premature ejaculation (quick release), challenges.

When this has been achieved then maximum sexual enjoyment as well as multiple orgasm can be achieved.
