even @ my place it fluctuates seriously ,yet there's network some feet after my house the street .
May be you should get an outdoor router if you wish.

Ntel has been terrible for a while. I could not even stream anything since afternoon. I am surprised that even at this time of the night, speed is still very slow.

Issue has been resolved.

Did a top up on ntel early Sunday morning, it didn't reflect on my account summary. Some hours later I was told the plan was auto-renewed. Unfortunately, I still couldn't use the internet cos it kept asking me to log in. There was an active plan on my account that I could't use.
Fast forward, someone calls me from ntel to say the issue has been resolved this afternoon. Meanwhile, the plan expires tonight. I asked if there's a plan to compensate me; the reply was that he would "send the feedback" which practically means "I am On my Own."

Ntel has zero credibility and their network is unreliable. Quote me anywhere. Don't make the mistake of switching to ntel.

NTEL is on some crack. I got to office this morning switched on the modem and it was 15kbps, I rebooted and got 16 Mbps, it stopped browsing after about two hours then I rebooted and it is currently 7.7Mbps down from 11.

Those guys need to decide on what they really want to do

i think band8 no longer works in that area. my mifi supports only band 8 and it doesn't get signal anymore. only the phone that also supports Band 3 gets signal

Odd. That's the same one I use and it does not connect to data in that area. If I leave that area to another it works fine

I really regret buying an ntel plan! I wouldv jst stuck to my Spectranet dats very fast. Hw can a 4G LTE netwrk be giving me 25Kbps speeds..
