Bro, you are on a long thing. PayPal stop supporting Payoneer long time ago.
That's why it is rejecting your Payoneer card.
It will never go through.

What we are using now on PayPal is virtual credit card (VCC )

We provide solution for VCC. Contact me via the mediums in my reply above.

Basically, there are two types of VCC.
There is a type that can be customize to have any name and address including USA and is accepted on any website including PayPal Amazon, facebook, Bing etc. This type of VCC is superior and a bit expensive.
Comes with $5 balance. No monthly maintenance fees.

This type of VCC cost N10k

The other type is less expensive and limited. Can't be customise to have USA billing address, not acceptable on some top USA websites especially the ones mentioned above. Comes with $0.00 balance and $1 monthly maintenance fee.

This type of VCC cost N3k

So, when purchasing a VCC, even if you didn't get it through us, make sure you inquire to know the kind of VCC you are going to buy.

How to Create a “FULLY FUNCTIONAL” INTERNATIONAL PayPal account from Nigeria.

Let me show you how you can own and manage an international PayPal account right here in Nigeria that will be capable of receiving and sending payments so that you can use it to run your internet business successfully.

*You'll manage it right here in nigeria
*You don't need PROXY; VPN OR FOREIGN IPS
*You don't need any creepy foreign bank account or documents
*The PayPal will receive and make payments
*You'll operate it legally with your Nigerian ID CARD and bank card (this is incredible)
*It will carry your legal and real name. No bullshit.

GOOD NEWS:- WhatsApp me if you are interested (my WhatsApp number is on my signature). I will give you a step by step report on how to make it happen & I will also guide you through.

Accepting payment on shopify is very easy. You don't need PayPal, stripe or 2check out. If you need payment processor approved by shopify to receive payment as a Nigerian I have one popular method. It's working perfectly and you get your money within 24 hours. I will only tell you for 5k who is ready can get to me with this number 08145720558. If the money is too big then don't worry you can continue with your research. 5k and I tell u with my mouth. See ya.

Dropshipping as proven to be a passive way of making money online through e-commerce these days.
looking at the date of this thread and now it's almost 2018 and it's yet to be fully saturated. if you are interested in dropshipping trust me you can make serious loads of money from this only if you go through the right channel and have the right information about dropshipping in Nigeria.
First thing first you need to know the payment gateway to use for naira currency if you want to dropship in Nigeria and also the kind of products you can dropship successfully you likewise need to know if you are going to be paying a custom fee charges on the products you will be dropshipping into Nigeria.

This is WHAT I'm talking about. Local drop shipping. Please share more info about this right here.

I'm particularly interested in:

How to get a reliable third party logistics company to handle the order fulfillments (pick up items from local suppliers/manufacturers and delivery directly to customers nationwide and collect payment for customers that prefer pay on delivery)

How to address the payment problem... Payment gateway, pay on delivery, et cetera.

How to make the whole process as automated and scalable as possible (real drop shipping).

Other intricate details as well.
Have you found answers? PLLLEEEAASe share

The two key issues that I'm worried about are: transport/logistics/fulfilment and payment system. Let's say I want to source products from a Nigeria based manufacturer/supplier... I'm sure most Nigerian manufacturers or suppliers would be unwilling to handle direct fulfilment to customers. So that means I have to find reliable third party logistics companies that can pick up products from the manufacturer/supplier, and deliver to the customer's location, to fulfil each order...and collect payment from the customer (90% of Nigerian consumers prefer and insist on the pay on delivery option.). I'm looking at this and wondering whether there is an efficient, seamless and reliable way to handle this process.

Who else understands my point? I need us to get around this issue.
I understand you and i'm also looking for answers. Please share if you find them
Re: Drop Shipping In Nigeria- Experience, Advice And How To by realdentist(f): 8:38pm On Dec 17, 2017

I'm not sure what you mean by Nigerian CC being under ban. People can use their regular Nigerian debit card info to pay for goods and services online in Nigeria, but the problem is that most Nigerians prefer pay on delivery. Only the big guys like Jumia and Konga can make some customers pre-pay online with their cards prior to delivery. For regular folk like us that have our own E-commerce sites, it's difficult to convince anyone here to pay upfront, prior to delivery.

So my point is, in addition to the logistics problem of how to pick up ordered goods from the local suppliers here in Nigeria and deliver to customers here, which payment system would work well for a fully Nigerian focused drop shipping operation? I see a huge huge HUGE market and potential here, if we can crack these systemic challenges. Let's forget the tested and trusted US-focused drop shipping (including Ebay Amazon et al) for a moment, and think 100% local. Any thoughts on this? Is this feasible?
This is certainly a need to be met in online business in Nigeria. i wonder why no logistics company has been able to address this? I'm also searching for answers

It can be done in Nigeria though if you source from abroad, it will surely take from 21 days to arrive which is too long for most people.
Delivering goods under 7 days nationwide/Africa from Asia is possible but only advisable for high ticket items.

Its not really about logistics

As so many platforms have tried while a majority of them failed

Its really about the product

Sounds like a nice idea. I am glad there are like minds here. But I am in Ph, not lagos.
Anyways we can always communicate here on nairaland as we get to understand how (and if) it can be successfully carried out in Nigeria.
Perhaps someone with experience /info about this potential profit maker, would drop a comment soon.
Cheers! #TheHustle

I want to know if you have success in the drop shipping. I am of same mind in the biz.
