Governor of Kaduna state -Malam Nasir el-Rufai has returned from South Africa where he participated in a dialogue on the future of African cities. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and Raila Odinga, former prime minister of Kenya, also participated in the dialogue.

Benthrust Foundation of South Africa hosted the dialogue at the Tswalu Game Reserve in the Kalahari desert.

It's funny how easy it is to hang accusations on people's neck in Nigeria. The so called $16 billion missing power funds started from the report of the Ndidi Elumelu committee. Other members of the committee alleged the Chairman doctored the report of the committee. Elumelu has not come to deny this, but the deed has been done. The same Elumelu was later arraigned for contract scam in the same power project. While OBJ might have helped himself with some public funds, it appears some people are just bent on ruining his reputation.
