Why Dem no send this army to go fight d foooolani herdsmen, them dey waste their time, fuel n bullet unnecessarily
Is because fooooolani crisis does not bring money..... the country is losing because of the militants bombings .That is why Buhari is interested in this. All na because of the money from oil. The fight against corruption is it not all about the money? Who has gone to jail since the anti-corruption battle started?Mention their names and how many days imprisonment?

They might change target and hit Lagos, i hope military will come for them and bombard them in Lagos ? Relax, they said a big thing is about to happen, don't u think they are ready for the soldiers u are bringing ? I pity my Eastern soldiers in that squad. God please protect them.

ND militants don't waste time on unprofitable ventures. Neither do they do things out of hatred like some folks.

They have nothing to do in Lagos. If they were indiscriminate, they would have hit the oil assets in Egbema already.

Their focus is Niger Delta, rightly.

Nigerians are funny o. I hope everyone is watching. They didn't send these number of soldiers to attack the herdsmen o. When oil becomes more precious than human life. Only in Nigeria.

As for you zombies, since the Avengers, all of una don turn environmental solicitors. They are bombombing their land, they are bombing the environment. Zombies is it una own bombing

To prove you wrong, security went after them and those who participated in the killing have been apprehended - end of story.

The same thing the military is doing in ND - looking for the criminals amount them.

However, I may not pity any anybody (innocent or not) who might be caught in the crossfire - they are all in support of Avengers.

we all wants a peaceful environment, the bombing won't bring peace neither will military actions, but simple dialogue is the key,bro this Economy its costing all of us a lot
for how long are we going to keep dialoguing with criminals? One thing I assure you is dat after dialogue with Avengers, a group will spring up tomorrow with same strategy.

But we Yorubas are always the ones in the sidelines watching others destroy themselves.

Is that wisdom or what?

It won't cost him a dime. The only cost is an election loss in 2019. The boko haram madness didn't cost GEJ a pin. The worst was election loss on march 28, 2015 and he has gotten over it.

But this is going to cost Nigeria a lot. This will cost Niger Delta a lot. It will cost Nigerian civil servants a lot.

However, the bombers must continue and the military should leave them alone. Nigeria must be allowed to start afresh and this idiocy is a sure way to achieve that.

Enough of fear fear. Let the bombings continue.

Federal govt of cluelessness. Can't they leave crude oil and focus on agriculture and science? This is why this country can't make meaningful progress. Where were they when Cameroun took over bakassi? Not even a soldier was sent to combat Camerounian soldiers. Here where are, they have strenght now to dispatch war ships in search of militants. Country is a joke.

This action taken by the military will only escalate the problem. Would only compound the woes of Buhari administration.

Please what do you guys want for God sake? The President want negotiations, you said he is a coward. NDA bomb pipelines, you said the President cant do anything. Now he stick to your advise to go after them and you are still saying another thing. What do you really want bro?

Seun Osewa will soon amend his overt & covert rule17 prohibiting the support of Niger Delta people but will never prohibit the covert and overt tribalism going on on Nairaland. I know Nairaland can be a medium to stop the already staggering unity of Nigeria from collapse, instead, some ethnic tribes seem having the monopoly to insult others while in return get others banned for doing so with citation of a breach of a regulation. I still wonder why some people find it difficult to understand some certain things that are obvious and still nurture oneself's unidiosyncratic response. Am asking other tribes on this forum, since Igbos are known for drug trafficking, piracy, kidnapping, robbery, money ritual, baby factory, etc., why do you prefer sharing your holy country "Nigeria "with them to letting them go and make their baby factory, money ritual, drug trafficking etc. Country called Biafra, Beerfraud, Biafra, children of el-chapo or whats so ever you collectively or individually wish to call them?.
Re: Military Storms Oporoza, Niger-Delta In Warships Searching For Militants by wirinet(m): 11:52am On May 28, 2016
These Ijaw criminals do not know the person they are dealing with. Buhari is no Jonathan, people that have worked with him including generals know him to be a very stubborn and calculated "mad man". He does not have the time of the avengers yet, he is still concentrating on finishing off Boko haram and retrieving the billions looted by the last administration. By the time he turns his attention south, i hope PDP,IPOB, avengers and co, would not cry genocide, ICC, human rights, etc. By the time the war planes buhari has ordered from the US arrives, it will make odi seem like a rehearsal. Buhari has the goodwill of the current leadership of UK and the US and they are appalled by the corruption of the last administration, so there is no way supporters of the corruption that took place under the last administration can get international sympathy .

If that will restore sanity in the Niger delta, so be it!
Since their aim is to cripple the economic let them be flush.
You can't fight the government no matter how strong you think you are.
Ask IPOB, ask Boko haram, as maitatsine.
Minority for that matter..

The bombers need to be allowed to finish what they started. They must be allowed to destroy everything and anything in sight.

That's the only way to get us all to start afresh because we really need to start afresh.

The bombings are in the interest of every common Nigerian. The Niger Delta will just be collateral damage.

I see sense in what you are saying, that way we will all be forced to diversify and move away from over dependency on one resource so that nobody can ever again hold the country to ransom.

Here in the north more and more individuals have already investing heavily in solar, harnessing energy from our abundantly God given sun, to power homes and small businesses.
This shift was accelerated by the long fuel scarcity against poor supply of electricity and may now be further sustained by the ongoing ND crisis.
