SW huge allocationis Because of population it caters for. You don't want the FG to send money to the east or north when their people are in Lagos and Ibadan. They go to SW hospitals, drive on and wear out SW roads and have their children taught by SW-paid teachers 90% of the time. As for SS, they provide all the money the lazy Northerners spend by sacrificing their land for oil exploration and are compensated by a meagre 13% of oil proceeds. 1 Like |
