Plant not completely uprooted will shoot again in full force and become difficult to uproot in later years or days. The reason while we find it difficult to fight corruption in this country is because successive governments have failed in their effort to fight corruption due to short live of their regimes and administration e.g Gen Muritala, Olusegun Obasanjo first regime, Buhari and Idiagbon regime. In view of this, any administration that intends to fight corruption totally must put enduring structure in place before relinquishing power otherwise all their efforts to put an end to corruption will amounts to waste.
