President buhari has created an enabling environment for corruption to grow.

Minimum wage 18k

fuel 145 (for car and gen)
electricity tariff on the rise.
Transport on the rice.
products and services on the high side.

The little integrity left of the masses will be thrown into the air. There Will be more corrupt civil servants than there was under Gej.

If the purchasing power if the masses isn't strengthened either by reduction in fuel n electricity tariffs, rallying in the value of the naira or increased income...I'm afraid people may be forced to resort to unwholesome means of survival whether within or outside the government.

Wow! There is truth in this. Desperation and need can make it harder for people to be straight.
The less money people have, the more they get tempted by crime/vices.
Private enterprise is the key.
