Just look at the list of mostly useless projects on that list. What the hell is a mausoleum going to do for anyone?! Street lights everywhere. How about aggregating those street light projects to make a solar farm that can actually give electricity to people?!

Most Infrastructural projects are funded with loans so some will get done.

Getting that loan (2.2trillion) will be tough if our next GDP stats goes negative. It means we'll officially be in recession (2 consecutive negative quarter). Which investor will want to loan a failing economy that does listen to her advice?
IMF, World bank will then dictate a lot of our policies if they give us loan when we officially get into recession so we don't misuse it. But borrowing extra dough ontop the 2.2trillion already earmarked na DIE!
