DAY TWENTY-FOUR QUIZ: 27th Ramadan 1437
1) He who observes the Rawaatib, Allah build for him a house in Jannah...... What's the Rawaatib?

Rawaatib are Sunnah Rak'aat associated with Fardh Prayers.

The 12 Sunnah Rak'aat are as follows
•4 Rak'aat before Dhuhr
•2 Rak'aat after the Dhuhr (Midday) Prayer
•2 Rak'aat after the Maghrib (Sunset Prayer)
•2 Rak'aat after the ‘Ishaa’ (Evening) Prayer and •2 Rak'aat before the Fajr (Dawn) Prayer.

2) The Command that the Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم should preach Islam to the members of his kinfolks could be found where in the Quran?

Surah Ash-Shu'araa, Quran 26 Verse 214

3) After the Demise of Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم could he still be of benefit to us if we go to his grave to seek benefits?

Prophet said: "Whoso visits my grave, my intercession for him becomes guaranteed" and "Whoever [performs the Pilgrimage and then] visits me after my death, it is as if he visited me in my life."

But the purpose of the visit should be to offer "greetings"
to the prophet by saying "al-Salaam alaika Ya Rasulul Allah", and not asking for special favours/benefits from him.

Also, from Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, who said, “Allah’s Messenger , said, ‘May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians! They took the graves of their Prophets as mosques’. She said, ‘Were it not for that, his grave would have been in an open place, but he feared that it would be taken as a place of worship’.

This shows clearly that it'll be of no benefit to us to seek for benefits from his grave.

4) Which Sahaba read the Baar'ah declaration?

5) Which Sahaba did the Prophet place in charge of the last expedition he sent troops to?

Usama bin Zayd bin Haritha R.A

DAY TWENTY-FOUR QUIZ: 27th Ramadan 1437

1) He who observes the Rawaatib, Allah build for him a house in Jannah...... What's the Rawaatib?
Rawatib is Sunnah Prayers associated with Obligatory Prayers which are twelve raka'at in a day and evening. That is:
4 raka'at before and 2 after the Dhuhr Prayer,
2 after the Maghrib Prayer,
2 after the 'Ishaa' Prayer
and
2 before the Fajr Prayer." [Sunan Tirmidhi, 380;]

2) The Command that the Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم should preach Islam to the members of his kinfolks could be found where in the Quran?
Surat Ash-Shuara (the poet) Q26 V214.."And warn your tribe that is your nearest kindred"

3) After the Demise of Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم could he still be of benefit to us if we go to his grave to seek benefits?
[b]it was narrated from Ibn Mas’ood (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Among the most evil of people upon whom the Hour will come when they are still alive are those who take graves as places of worship.” Narrated by Imam Ahmad with a jayyid isnaad.

However, The visit to his grave, Peace be upon him, is a Sunna from among the Sunnas of prophets, and an excellent action which is highly desirable. The Prophet said: "Whoso visits my grave, my intercession for him becomes guaranteed" and "Whoever [performs the Pilgrimage and then] visits me after my death, it is as if he visited me in my life." His visit is a greatly profitable matter for seeking blessings by standing at his grave, and by praying in his mosque.
Furthermore, `Abd al-Rahman al-Jaziri writes at length about the many benefits of visiting the Prophet's grave and of the importance of the visit. He says that it is among the great actions which Islam, the pure religion, encourages. He also says that it not a secret that that visiting the Prophet's grave is more beneficial to those endowed with understanding (ulu al-albab) more than any other experience[/b]

The first thing the Prophet said was this, “ O people, spread peace, feed the hungry, and pray at night when people are sleeping and you will enter Paradise in peace .”
